The Dball Poly pickleball paddles, all different shapes, are made from polypropylene honeycomb core.
Polypropylene skins ( 0.009-0.012″ ) of a variety of color or paint are used to finish the paddle faces.
The tennis style handles are made of balsa wood and are wrapped with a tacky, thin over-grip tape.
The paddles are edge-less and are protected with a thin plastic rim.
This paddle was designed for a dual action: the black side is for aggressive shots(harder) and the colored side for defense and reset shots(softer).
The front face of the paddle has a 9 mill polypropylene skin on a top of glass epoxy finish. The back face of the paddle has a glass epoxy finish covered by 3 layers of paint.
